We are into manufacturing and Exports since last three decades and our three manufacturing units namely Acme Forgings, Acme Unit 2 and Gem Tools Mfg Co. are exporting vast range of scaffoldings to UK, Australia, Europe, Egypt, Middle East, Far East and Indian Market. We are an ISO 9001-2008 certified company with a man power of 500 people and our monthly production capacity is over 1500 tons. The manufacturing units are fully equipped with hot and cold forgings, pressings, fabrication, painting, galvanizing, tool rooms and testing labs etc. Our fittings are made as per BS 1139 / EN 74 standards and certified by UK and also Certified by SIGMA Germany. As far as manufacturirng facities concers we have three units 1. Acme Forging we produce 800 Mton and manufacture 350000 - 500000 pcs of coupler every month.2. Acme Unit 2 we produce 500 Mton where we handle all fabrication wheather cutting welding , painting and hot dip galavanizing.3.
